Return & Refund Policy
30-day returns
Request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For change-of-mind returns, the hat must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging. There is no restocking fee.

Return shipping
You pay return shipping to France for a change of mind. We cover return shipping for our errors, damage or defects, and arrange the appropriate return or replacement with you.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue; photographs can help us assess it. Ordinary unused/original-packaging conditions do not prevent claims for damage, defects or incorrect items. You may request a refund under this policy or discuss a replacement with support.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received, inspected and approved, the refund will be issued automatically to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. This policy does not limit applicable statutory rights.
