How do I choose a size?
Measure around your head above your eyebrows and ears. S/M: 54–57 cm. L/XL: 58–61 cm. See each product’s size guide.
Where do you deliver?
The 50 United States and Washington, DC. US territories, APO/FPO military addresses and PO boxes are excluded.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free on all orders within our delivery area. Checkout shows tax at $0.00.
When will my order arrive?
Handling takes 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch takes an estimated 3–4 business days, for an estimated total of 4–6 business days. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders after 7:00 PM America/Chicago time (CST/CDT), on weekends or holidays begin handling the next business day. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Can I return my hat?
Request a return within 30 days of receipt. Change-of-mind items must be unused, in original condition and packaging. Contact us for authorization before returning to our company address in France.
Who pays return shipping?
You pay for change-of-mind returns. We cover our errors, damage and defects. There is no restocking fee.
When is my refund issued?
After receipt, inspection and approval, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 calendar days.
How do I care for my hat?
Follow the material-specific instructions on your product page. Wool-blend styles are recommended for professional cleaning.
